1. What Kaju is
Kaju is a metadata search archive for 3D and MMD-related adult video content. Kaju does not host, store, upload, or stream any video files. It indexes and displays metadata only — titles, tags, thumbnail image URLs, uploader names, and links back to the external sites where the content actually resides. All video content referenced on Kaju belongs to, and remains hosted by, the original external source sites and their respective rights holders.
2. Age requirement
Kaju indexes adult-oriented content and is intended solely for adults. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to access or use this site. By using Kaju you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Kaju in any way that violates applicable law, infringes the rights of others, or attempts to circumvent access restrictions, rate limits, or security controls on Kaju or on the external source sites it references. You agree not to scrape, bulk-download, or republish Kaju's indexed metadata in a way that misrepresents its origin.
4. Third-party content and rights
All indexed titles, thumbnails, tags, and other metadata originate from external source sites and are the property of those sites and their rights holders. 5. No warranty
Kaju is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Indexed metadata may be outdated, incomplete, or inaccurate, since it is sourced from third-party sites outside our control.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kaju and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site, including damages arising from content on external source sites linked from Kaju.
7. Changes to the service and these terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Kaju, and may update these Terms of Service, at any time and without prior notice. Continued use of Kaju after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or Kaju shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
